Love Long Distance

A lot of work through last week, I have to admit I barely had the time to open my laptop or making an outfit post, by the moment my boyfriend and I have a lot of things to do, planning wedding /honeymoon details and getting our house fixed are on the top of the list. We are actually remodeling our entire house, which is totally fun and exciting; I have been making a lot of “research” (the action of spending hours in front of the computer looking for any kind of beautiful interiors) and I think it works a lot when it comes to getting new ideas and inspiration, I do have some interior and architecture magazines too which are my favorite ones at the moment. Hubo muchas cosas que hacer durante la semana, algunos días ni siquiera me dio tiempo de abrir mi laptop o hacer algún post nuevo,  por el momento, mi novio y yo tenemos mucho que hacer, los planes de nuestra boda, luna de miel y arreglar nuestra nueva casa son, obviamente, los más importantes por el momento, de hecho, estamos remodelando toda nuestra casa, lo cual, me emociona muchísimo. Últimamente he estado haciendo algo de investigación, para decir verdad, he pasado unas muchas horas al día viendo interiores en internet, y acepto, me ha servido mucho para tener nuevas ideas e inspiración, también tengo algunas revistas de interiores y arquitectura que por ahora son mis favoritas, así que si conocen algún sitio que me puedan recomendar, háganlo saber! The Pajama Pants

 

Sé que este no es exactamente un post de mi outfit, pero amo los pantalones que compré en la playa y no me pude resistir a compartirlos con ustedes, a pesar de que esta fue la única foto que tenía. Estas fotos son de un mercado de artesanías donde encontré todo tipo de cosas, joyería de plata, sombreros hermosos, miles de figuras de barro y todo tipo de brazaletes.  Estos pantalones, para ser sincera, fueron perfectos para mis últimos días en la playa donde no podía exponerme ni un segundo más al sol, así que decidí usarlos con una playera negra y hacerle un nudo. ¿Qué opinan? Que tengan una excelente semana y en serio, sus comentarios me encantan!

I know that this is not a proper outfit post but I couldn’t resist to share with you these pajama pants that I bought on my last trip to the beach, these photos are from a crafts market in downtown where you could find lots of beautiful Mexican traditional crafts like silver jewelry, clay figures, beautiful hats and lots of cute bracelets. These pants were just perfect for my last days on the beach because my legs couldn’t expose to the sun anymore so I decided wore it with a basic black tee with a knot. The Levis Cutoffs

 

I have worn my favorite cutoffs tons of times; they were actually a pair of thrifted vintage Levis jeans.  This post it’s again, from the beach, I just can't get tired of looking the palm trees and the sun in the photos from this last trip. It’s just something about it that makes me want to go back again and again. My boyfriend and I have actually decided going to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world for our honeymoon. I just can’t wait to happen!

He usado mis cutoffs un millón de veces, de hecho eran unos Jeans Levis vintage que encontré hace un tiempo. Este post, de nuevo, desde la playa. No me canso de ver las palmas y el sol en las fotografías de ese viaje. Hay algo en ellas que me hace querer regresar a la playa una y otra vez. De hecho, mi novio y yo hemos decidido hacer un viaje a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo para nuestra luna de miel y obviamente, no puedo estar más emocionada! 

The Beach Trip

 

Back from a week on the beach. Enjoyed lots of delicious seafood, beer and piñas coladas. Going on vacation with my family was really fun and relaxing, a weeklong trip was perfect enough to spend on the beach with them. I have to say that in most of my family vacations I’m the one in charge of photographing, but I managed to have some outfit photos for the blog time to time. This time I wore shorts and a tee. Simple and comfortable like most of my beach outfits. Have a nice week and thanks for reading!

Hogar dulce hogar, estoy de vuelta y ya extraño los deliciosos mariscos, la cerveza y las piñas coladas. La semana en la playa fue perfecta para disfrutar tiempo con mi familia y relajarme. En la mayoría de mis viajes familiares soy la encargada de tomar todas las fotografías, así que trate de vez en cuando, tomar algunos outfits para publicarlos en el blog. beach photo diary

Hace poco encontré estas fotos de mi último viaje a la playa con mis papás. Fue un viaje muy relajado, solo dormía, comía, y leía, claro, con la vista al mar y el sol de playa. Las últimas fotos son del pueblo, en donde fuimos a comer en un restaurante Cubano donde hacen unos mojitos deliciosos y comida tradicional de Cuba. ¡Feliz Jueves! ¡Gracias por visitar! I found these photos from my last trip to the beach with my parents. It was a totally relaxing trip, all about sleeping, eating and reading with the ocean view and the sun. The three last photos are from the little walk in downtown that we had. We had lunch at a famous Cuban restaurant where we had some delicious mojitos and a tradicional Cuban meal. Happy Thursday!
