Hello guys! Its Wednesday again and I’m writing a new post. I have been wearing a lot of vintage and thrifted clothes for some reasons, first I love trying different outfits with exclusive and unique clothes and at the same time it’s good to recycle textiles while saving a lot of money ;) This time wearing vintage shorts and blouse, I love the print in this blouse and I just paired it with a black basic top for a comfortable look. What do you think?

Es miércoles otra vez y escribo este post para todos ustedes,  he estado usando mucho vintage últimamente por varias razones, me gusta mucho experimentar con prendas únicas, también, creo en el reciclaje de textiles y claro, me puedo ahorrar mucho dinero al mismo tiempo ;)

Hey guys, how was your Christmas?  I’m very excited because 2013 is just around the corner, I have so many new projects and I believe it’s going to be even better than this year. What about you? What are your goals and projects the coming year?

This time I’m posting an outfit of a vintage blouse that I found almost 5 months (in this post) and I can’t believe I haven’t wore it before. Lately I’m into black, so this time I decided to wear pleated pants (also wore here) and ankle boots. Have a great day!

Hola, ¿qué tal la Navidad? Estoy emocionada porque pronto empieza el Nuevo año  y tengo muchos proyectos, algo me dice que 2013 será aún mejor que este año. ¿Ustedes?, qué planes tienen para el 2013?

En este post estoy usando una blusa vintage que encontré hace casi 5 meses (en este post) y no puedo creer que apenas la usé. Últimamente uso mucho negro así que decidí usar pantalones negros (también los use en este post) y botas negras. Bonito día!

Hello everyone! How was your weekend?

I know we all love shopping for new clothes every season. I always try to have on mind just buying a few pieces to upgrade my closet and complement it with the new trends. This pleated chiffon pants are just perfect for my wardrobe, I love buying pieces that I feel I can wear them in so many ways and in so many occasions, you already know I love the word versatility and this pants are versatile and cool at the same time. I’m ready to wear them with everything in my closet before the winter starts. Have a happy week! J

Sé que todos amamos ir de compras cada temporada, yo, trato de tener en mente adquirir algunas pocas prendas que complementen my closet con las nuevas temporadas. Estos pantalones de chiffon son el perfecto ejemplo, me encanta comprar prendas que puedo usar de muchas maneras y en muchas ocasiones, ya saben que amo la palabra versátil y  aparte de versátiles son súper cool al mismo tiempo. Seguro los usare con todo mi guardarropa antes de que el invierno empiece. ¡Feliz semana a todos! J

Hello once again, this is what I wore some days ago, this lovely vest is another vintage find from my closet and I can´t believe I have never introduced it to you; I adore its black neck and I find it really versatile, denim vests match with everything, don’t you think?

Btw, just so you know the second pic was originally intended to be a kiss sent to the photographer behind the camera, who gets be to my fiancé as well (lucky me!)  J

¡Hola! Esto es lo que usé hace algunos días, el chaleco es otra de las prendas vintage de mi closet y la verdad no sé porque nunca había estado en el blog,  amo el detalle del cuello negro, aparte de que es súper versátil.

Por cierto, solo para que lo sepan, la segunda foto fue un beso que había mandado  al fotógrafo que estaba detrás de la cámara que de hecho es mi futuro esposo también(yupi!) J

The Levis Cutoffs

 

I have worn my favorite cutoffs tons of times; they were actually a pair of thrifted vintage Levis jeans.  This post it’s again, from the beach, I just can't get tired of looking the palm trees and the sun in the photos from this last trip. It’s just something about it that makes me want to go back again and again. My boyfriend and I have actually decided going to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world for our honeymoon. I just can’t wait to happen!

He usado mis cutoffs un millón de veces, de hecho eran unos Jeans Levis vintage que encontré hace un tiempo. Este post, de nuevo, desde la playa. No me canso de ver las palmas y el sol en las fotografías de ese viaje. Hay algo en ellas que me hace querer regresar a la playa una y otra vez. De hecho, mi novio y yo hemos decidido hacer un viaje a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo para nuestra luna de miel y obviamente, no puedo estar más emocionada! 

Long Skirt

I made this post a couple days ago and I totally forgot to publish it, until I realized that it was still a draft. Sometimes I have my mind in so many things that I forget so many other things. Yes, I have the worst memory ever, and to be honest I’m not that good at keeping track of my agenda, so, the main purpose of it (my beloved iPad) is actually reading blogs and magazines. Sorry blog, I will never forget to publish a post again. Last three pictures are (again) one of the delicious meals from my weekend. So, how’s your week until now?

In this outfit post I wore a long skirt from muchoTUgusto, a black t-shirt with a knot and my vintage belt. Since I started my blog I have noticed that I wear a lot of vintage, and many of them are actually the favorite items in my wardrobe. Have a nice weekend and enjoy the post song! :) 

Hicé este post hace dos días y me olvide por completo de que lo dejé en borrador hasta hoy, algunas veces estoy pensando en tantas cosas que la mitad se me olvidan. Si, tengo la peor memoria del mundo, y la verdad soy pésima con las agendas, y mi agenda (mi amada iPad) últimamente solo la he usado para leer blogs y revistas. Perdón blog, prometo no olvidarte de nuevo. Las últimas fotos (de nuevo) son de uno de los platillos de fin de semana que la verdad se me antoja solo de verlo. Y a ustedes, como les ha ido en su semana?  

En este post, estoy usando una falda de muchoTUgusto, un player negra anudada y un cinturón vintage. Desde que empecé el blog me he dado cuenta que uso más vintage de lo que pensé y la verdad son de mis cosas favoritas en mi closet. Una de mis cosas favoritas es salir a comer con mi novio a lugares nuevos o diferentes, acabo de tener uno de esos fines de semana perfectos y relajados en el que pasé tiempo con mis amigos y mi novio, comí delicioso y fui de compras, así que decidí incluir algunas fotos extras al outfit porque me pareció divertido compartirlas con ustedes. Las fotos de mis nuevas compras las compartiré con ustedes en un próximo post.

En este, uso un blazer vintage de flores que de hecho fue un regalo, me encanta porque la tela es ligera y perfecta para primavera.  ¿No les encanta el estampado? La bolsa también es vintage, últimamente uso bolsas mucho más pequeñas y ha resultado ser más cómodo de lo que pensé porque cargo solo lo necesario y lo mejor de todo es que tardo como un segundo en encontrar las llaves de mi casa o mi celular :P Espero les guste la canción del post, bonita semana y gracias por leer!xx

One of my favorite’s things to do is going out with my boyfriend and eat at new or different places. I just had one of those perfect and relax weekends spent with friends, my boyfriend, eating delicious food and doing some shopping, so, I decided to include some pics from my weekend that I think is fun sharing with you! I’m posting the new spring clothes on my wardrobe soon!

In this case I wore a vintage floral blazer with a really light fabric perfect for spring, the purse is vintage too, I have found that wearing smaller bags or clutchs is super comfortable and the best of it is that I can find my keys or my cell phone in a second! Leather shorts

Falta muy poco para mis exámenes finales y últimos para graduarme y la verdad este semestre he tenido algo así como un síndrome de graduando en el que pienso en todo menos en la escuela, así que debo mentalizarme y  aliviarme antes de que tenga que entregar mis proyectos finales!

Bueno pero por ahora el post de este Jueves, siempre me ha gustado hacer pequeños DIY,  pero para ser sincera no siempre salen como los planeo, caso contrario de estos shorts que eran de hecho, unos pantalones vintage de piel y los convertí. Gracias a un poco de paciencia y tiempo y resultados como este es que vale la pena arriesgarse de vez en cuando, no creen? Esta primera vez los use con una blusa lila para darle un toque más relajado y un clutch vintage de color mamey. Espero tengan un excelente fin de semana y gracias por visitar y comentar!

My final exams from my whole career are just around the corner and this semester I have been dealing with this kind of pre-graduation syndrome in which I think about everything but the school, so, I have to focus and get ready for my final projects soon!

Now, about the post, I have always loved DIY projects, but, to be honest I don’t always get what I have on my mind, fortunately, I got these leather shorts from a pair of vintage leather pants, thanks to a bit of patience and time taking the risk was worthwhile, don’t you think?
